OMG 2, starring Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam Dhar, has succeeded in finding an audience despite Sunny Deol’s dominance at the box office. The movie had strong growth over the weekend and has now earned a total of Rs 43.11 crore.

This places the social dramedy behind Pathaan (Rs 280.75 crore), Gadar 2 (Rs 134.88 crore), Adipurush (Rs 103 crore), KKBKKJ (Rs 68.17 crore), TJMM (Rs 70.64 crore), and RRKPK (Rs 45.90 crore) as the seventh-highest opening weekend grosser of 2023. In order to accomplish this milestone, the movie outperformed Satyaprem Ki Katha (Rs 37.35 crore), Bholaa (Rs 40.40 crore), and Zara Hatke Zara Bachke (Rs 22.59 crore).

OMG 2, which was written and directed by Amit Rai, also has important performances by Arun Govil, Govind Namdev, Brijendra Kala, Aarush Varma, and Pawan Malhotra.

 Sandesh Shandilya, Kabeer Shukla, Hansraj Raghuwanshi, Djstrings, Shekhar Astitwa, Ginny Diwan, and Pranaay wrote the lyrics for OMG 2, while Vikram Montrose, Hansraj Raghuwanshi, Djstrings, Pranaay, and Sandesh Shandilya composed the music.

 Aruna Bhatia, Vipul D. Shah, Rajesh Bahl, and Ashwin Varde are responsible for producing the movie under the banners of Cape of Good Films, Viacom18 Studios, and Wakaoo Films.
